Distribution of Households by Household Composition and Presence of Children
Household –A person or group of persons living in the same housing unit or part of the housing unit, securing for themselves food or other essentials for living, and thus, completely or partially joining and spending their incomes. These individuals can be related or married, can be unrelated persons, or constitute a combination of persons both related and unrelated. The household was taken as a survey unit in the 2009 Population Census.
The household can consist of one person living by himself, providing his own food and all essentials for living.
Private households are households living permanently in common quarters – apartments, single-family houses (huts, lodges, cottages, or other single-family buildings), rooms in dormitories, and other living structures and premises adapted for housing.
Family households – private households, in which there are family units: married couples with children and without children, and/or mothers with children, and/or fathers with children.
